BANGKOK (NOV 06). Expected, I suppose, was the chaotic, erratic, somewhat anything-goes atmosphere of this city. If anything, it was a relief to be in such an environment. The incessant rule abiding nature of my current habitat can become somewhat stifling and the constant bartering and arguing, albeit friendly in nature, conversations of Bangkok life were a breath of fresh air, though that was definitely metaphorical.
Riding in tuk tuks was superb. Even though more expensive than the normal taxis, their insane driving mantra was enjoyable to say the least. And on top of that, you get lots of carbon monoxide poisoning opportunities. Being offered shows of various nature involving objects been blown up, or thrown, or whatever from a certain part of the female anatomy were intriguing, I was curious more out of pure intrigue than anything remotely erotic, though of course I was dissuaded by my lovely co-travellers. People, generally, were friendly, especially the drivers and market stall owners, and even the masseurs. Just don’t turn down buying an item from a store attendant selling their first item of the day. We were called ‘no good’ by one lady, and not just once either as she sort of followed us around for a while telling her fellow stall owners. Charming.

how’d you do the photo collage thing?
Photoshop … ;P I sort of made my own template - simple stroke and gaussian blur thing. Kind of tedious but i like the effect!
did you purposely pick photos where you always had such strange expressions on your face? or is that normal?
oh wait i see a photo where u’re smiling normally, ok never mind. :)
glad you had fun! i always want to take all the puppies home…
hahaha. yeh purposely did that. isn’t it tiring just smiling all the time? it’s so depressing to be so smiley all the time… ;P
puppies. sigh. i want.
oh. and isn’t it also just normal? heh….
